We use Canada Post as our courier and therefore we can ship to anywhere in Canada.
Yes – Some of our products have U.S agents and therefore we will be happy to put you in touch with them. And the products that have no agents, we are happy to ship them to you.
At the check out point you will have 3 delivery options. The faster it gets, the pricier the shipping charge will be :)Â
But most standard orders will deliver 3-7 days after the order is processed.
Our warehouse is located in Vaughan, Ontario – so if you wish on the check out you can choose the pick up option and we will have it ready for you with in minutes for pick up.
Shipping to PO Boxes is not available at this time.
When your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your individual tracking number. Please visit the ground parcel delivery service website and enter the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Yes – However keep in mind that we are selling food products, so if the package is open and used we can not accept it. But if the package is damaged on delivery or anything wrong with it prior to using, we will happily accept returns. Your satisfaction is our goal and we will work with you to gain it.
